LDHS hosts blood drive

On March 7, students and faculty donated blood to save 333 lives. Out of the 154 people who attempted to donate, 111 did so successfully. Among them were 72 first-time donors.

After making their donations, participants were offered a sweet snack and a juice box to build up their blood sugar. They were also given a free T-shirt from the Blood Connection and a $10 Chick-fil-A gift card.
