The Raider baseball team starts off the season with two wins and two losses. Saturday, March 16, the Laurens Raiders beat the Greenwood Eagles. Senior Nick Robertson pitched the whole game only giving up one run in the fourth inning. The final score was 2-1, with senior Kobe Williams scoring the winning run.
Tuesday, March 19, the Raiders traveled to Westside; however, the Raiders fell short with a score of 2-0. Seniors Heath Bragg and Tanner Smith pitched the game. The Raiders had two hits, from juniors Garrett Addy and Aiden Pridgen.
Wednesday, March 20, the Raiders will travel to Clinton to take on the Red Devils.
